  • Expedite deliveries and receive goods in ERP system.
  • Coordinate delivery arrangements with warehouse and issue customer billing.
  • Manage consignment operations: plan supplier orders, arrange replenishment, and handle billing.
  • Maintain accurate filing of documents and records.
  • Support sales team with customer-related queries and requirements.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual internal and external audit checks.
  • Perform month-end closing activities.
