Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Prepare quotes, sales proposals, and contracts in coordination with the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure sales operations run smoothly.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and performance data.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support related to sales orders, pricing, and product availability.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and materials for client meetings.
  • Coordinate scheduling and communications for the sales team.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
