About the role

Reporting to the Sales Team Lead, this full-time Sales Account Executive role at BIG SAILING INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts in the West Region. You will be the primary point of contact for these clients, providing excellent customer service and identifying new opportunities to expand business relationships.

What you'll be doing
  1. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned accounts
  2. Proactively identify client needs and propose tailored solutions to drive growth
  3. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure successful account delivery
  5. Monitor account performance and provide detailed reports on key metrics
  6. Support the wider sales team in achieving team and company sales targets
What we're looking for
  1. At least 3 years of account management experience, preferably in a B2B sales environment
  2. Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  4. Strong commercial acumen and numerical skills to analyse data and identify growth opportunities
  5. Proficient in using CRM systems to manage accounts and pipeline
  6. Enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets
