The Sales Account Associate supports the sales function by managing customer accounts, processing sales activities, and assisting in the development of business opportunities. This role works closely with the sales team to maintain strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales Account Managers in managing and maintaining customer accounts
• Handle sales enquiries, quotations, and order processing in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and sales documentation
• Follow up with customers on orders, deliveries, and payments when required
• Assist in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfilment
