A leading hospitality management firm in Singapore is seeking dedicated individuals to maintain cleanliness and tidiness in guest rooms and public areas. Responsibilities include managing cleaning supplies and ensuring guest satisfaction. No experience necessary, but excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work on weekends and public holidays are required. Qualifications

  • Able to work in islandwide locations.
  • Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Collect and manage keys for assigned areas.
  • Stock trolleys with linens and supplies for cleaning.
  • Clean guests’ rooms and check-out rooms according to requirements.
  • Replenish room supplies and toiletries for guest rooms.
  • Maintain the maid pantry and service area daily.
  • Remove dirty trays, trolleys, and cutleries from corridors.
  • Check room status against Room Attendant daily report.
  • Clean an average of 15 rooms daily.
  • Report maintenance defects to housekeeping office.
  • Notify lost and found to relevant department.
  • Report irregularities spotted to management.

Role and Responsibilities
  • To ensure the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the guest rooms and public areas to ensure a welcoming hospitality.
  • Collection and signing in and out the keys for assigned areas.
  • To ensure that trolleys are fully stocked with linens and supplies needed for room cleaning.
  • Ensuring that guests’ rooms and check-out rooms are cleaned in accordance with the housekeeping requirements.
  • Replenishing of room supplies and toiletries for guest rooms and check-out rooms to ensure guests’ satisfaction.
  • Cleaning and maintaining the maid pantry and service area daily.
  • Removal of all dirty service trays & trolleys, cutleries and crockeries from guest corridors.
  • To check that all room status is the same as the Room Attendant daily report.
  • Responsible for cleaning of 15 rooms daily on average.
  • Reporting of any maintenance defects to the housekeeping office.
  • Reporting of any lost and found to the relevant department for their necessary actions.
  • Reporting of all irregularities spotted to the hotel management/direct supervisor.
  • Performing of ah-hoc duties as per requested by the hotel management/direct supervisor.
