Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop Revit (BIM) models and AutoCAD 2D drawings.
• Produce detailed production and shop drawings, including Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Prepare as-built drawings based on site installations.
• Work closely with project engineers and teams to resolve design issues.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients.
• Participate in project meetings.
• Ensure drawings adhere to standards and guidelines.
• Willing to travel to Malaysia for work.
• Undertake ad-hoc drafting assignments.

Overview

• Salary: $3000-$4,000 + VB
• Hours: 5 Days, Mon–Fri: 8:30am-5:15pm
• Location: Tuas Crescent (Company Transport @ Marsiling / Jurong East MRT)
• Transport: Company transport provided; Pick-up points at Marsiling MRT Station & Jurong East MRT Station

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop Revit (BIM) models and AutoCAD 2D drawings for mechanical systems.
• Produce detailed production and shop drawings, including Bills of Materials (BOM), using AutoCAD and Inventor.
• Prepare as-built drawings based on site installations and conduct site visits when required.
• Work closely with project engineers, sales, and project teams to resolve design and drawing issues.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients to ensure compliance with design requirements and project specifications.
• Participate in project meetings to provide support on drawing and design-related matters.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards, codes, and company guidelines.
• Willing to travel to Malaysia and perform overtime when required.
• Undertake other ad-hoc drafting and design assignments as delegated by the superior.

Requirements/Qualification
