We're looking for an experienced and driven Retail Expansion Manager to spearhead the physical store site selection and development for Longbridge in Singapore. This role is critical for executing our company's growth strategy by ensuring the successful launch and operation of new retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the end‑to‑end process of physical store site selection and development in Singapore aligning all activities with the company's strategic goals.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify viable locations.
• Gather necessary information and data and perform detailed analysis to support and inform all site selection decisions.
• Perform comprehensive on‑site inspections of potential locations.
• Evaluate trade areas, assess suitable business formats, and analyze customer traffic patterns.
• Develop and produce professional site evaluation reports detailing findings and recommendations.
• Lead business negotiations with key partners, including shopping malls and developers.
• Manage the full lifecycle of contract signing, renewals, and all related documentation and legal matters.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Design, Product, Construction) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Rigorously control project costs and timelines to guarantee the smooth and timely launch of all new stores.
• Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with property owners, developers, and other essential partners in the retail real estate ecosystem.
• Provide support to the broader store team by assisting with other related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in store planning and development.
• Proven track record of successful project implementation is mandatory.
• Willingness and ability to travel across the region (Singapore, Hong Kong, and potentially Greater China).
• Experience in multinational corporations, strong local resources in Singapore, background with globally recognized chain new retail brands.
• Strong local resources and network within Singapore’s commercial real estate sector.
• Sensitivity to spatial experience design and an awareness of emerging retail technologies to ensure Longbridge stores are modern and engaging.
• Thorough familiarity with the commercial landscapes in various major cities within the region. Possession of sharp market insight for effective site selection.
• Excellent project negotiation skills for dealing with partners, developers, and shopping malls. Strong communication skills across all project stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast‑paced work environment.
• Strong foresight and control in risk management related to property development and contracts.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential to effectively interact and negotiate with stakeholders across the region, including Greater China.
