We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Retail Sales Associates to join our team at Troseal Building Materials Pte Ltd in the Central Region. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail outlets. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our fast-paced and dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the right products and solutions for their needs
• Maintaining high levels of product knowledge to offer expert advice and recommendations
• Assisting with merchandising, stock management and store presentation to create an inviting shopping environment
• Achieving individual and team sales targets through effective customer engagement and sales techniques
• Handling cash and card transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role, preferably in the building materials or home improvement industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
• Enthusiasm, initiative and a positive attitude, with a genuine passion for helping customers
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to understand and recommend the right solutions
