As an Assistant Retail Manager / Retail Manager, you’ll take charge of daily operations, guide a team of Retail Leads and Specialists, and ensure the store runs smoothly, efficiently, and with great energy. What Will You Be Doing
  • Lead and inspire the retail team to deliver excellent customer service and a vibrant store experience.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staff supervision, store presentation, and smooth workflow.
  • Support or manage (depending on level) roster planning, manpower allocation, and operational processes.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, stock replenishment, and overall store readiness.
  • Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure a positive experience for every shopper.
  • Guide, coach, and develop team members to build a motivated and service-oriented retail team.
  • Support or lead store performance reviews, operational improvements, and business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HQ, Marketing, and E-commerce teams on campaigns, launches, and store activities.
  • Maintain a high standard of store image, cleanliness, and overall brand representation.
  • Take on additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
What Are We Looking For
  • Prior retail experience, with supervisory or management exposure.
