Primary Responsibility

The Store and Service Manager is responsible for leading store performance, managing daily operations, and developing the team to deliver a vibrant and engaging in-store experience that reflects the brand's youthful, fashion-forward brand identity. This role drives sales results, upholds brand and visual standards, and ensures operational excellence while fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.

Areas of Responsibilities
Business & Sales Leadership
  • Drive store sales performance through strong leadership,commercial awareness, and active floor presence
  • Analyze sales results, KPIs, and traffic trends to identifyopportunities and implement action plans
  • Maximize conversion, UPT, and average transaction valuethrough effective selling and team coaching
  • Ensure consistent, engaging customer experience alignedwith the brand's personality and target audience
People Leadership
  • Lead, inspire, and motivate the store team to achieve storetarget
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members with strongproduct knowledge and customer engagement skills
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and energetic team culturealigned with brand values
  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance development
Operations & Visual Excellence
  • Oversee all store operations including cash handling, stockmanagement, and administrative duties
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, safetystandards, and loss prevention guidelines
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line withbrand and seasonal collections
  • Ensure stock accuracy through regular inventory checks andstock-take exercisesPlan staff schedules to optimize sales floor coverage andoperational efficiency
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years retail experience, with at least 2 years in a StoreManager role (fashion retail preferred)
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to drive sales and KPIs
