Role Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, sales-driven retail professional to help us operate and grow our Isetan counter. This role focuses on intercepting footfall, converting walk-ins into qualified leads/appointments, and executing counter-based campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

Key Responsibilities
1) Drive Footfall & Lead Capture (Primary KPI)
- Proactively engage shoppers near the counter/beauty hall and invite them for a quick 2–3 minute experience
- Convert walk-ins into qualified leads (WhatsApp/contact capture) and appointments
- Maintain a clean pipeline of leads and follow-ups to increase show-up and conversion rates
2) Counter Operations & Retail Excellence
- Ensure daily counter readiness: visual standards, tester hygiene, sampling, stock presentation
- Deliver premium customer experience, product demonstration, and service etiquette aligned with luxury standards
3) Campaign Activation (Store-Centred)
- Plan and execute simple counter campaigns (e.g., limited slots experience privilege, members-only perks, seasonal activations)
- Work with Isetan teams (where applicable) to align with store traffic and key retail moments
- Support small-scale events/mini sessions to generate appointments and sales
4) Sales & CRM
- Recommend solutions through structured consultation and protocols (anti-aging / barrier repair / brightening)
- Close sales, build repeat purchase habits, and maintain client relationships via CRM follow-ups
- Track performance metrics and report weekly progress (leads, appointments, conversion, revenue)
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably beauty/skincare/luxury or high-ticket retail
- Strong interpersonal skills: confident approaching strangers, persuasive yet respectful
- Good English communication (to engage Orchard/Isetan footfall); Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage
- Self-motivated, hands-on, comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
- Able to work on weekends/retail roster
- Passion for skincare and learning product knowledge (training provided)
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently generate qualified leads weekly (WhatsApp/contacts)
- Improve appointment show-up rate and conversion
- Achieve monthly sales targets through a mix of walk-in conversion + appointment sales
- Execute at least 1–2 counter activations per month that measurably increase traffic/leads
