• Must be able to communicate in Chinese to cater to Chinese tourists.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day retail operations as a Brand Ambassador.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Perform cashiering duties and payment transactions.
• Manage in-store visual merchandising display and floor-set changes.
• Provide excellent wow service experience to customers.
• Work with the Manager to best handle customer complaints.
