Retail Brand Ambassador (Part-Time)

We're looking for a fun, friendly & motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Brand Ambassador (Part-Time) - a key figure in the overall offline brand experience. You should be someone who understands the brand and embodies our values.

Prior experience in customer-facing role recommended, not required - but affinity with the brand and passion for service is necessary.

Work Schedule

Able to commit at least 3 days a week, including 1 day on the weekend

Operation Hours
  • Our Second Hideaway (Great World), Monday - Sunday, 10am to 10pm
  • Our Second Corner (Takashimaya Department Store), Monday - Sunday, 10am to 9.30pm
Responsibilities
  • Executing and overseeing day to day operations i.e., Opening/Closing, inventory management, replenishments, customer service, cashiering, sales reporting, visual merchandising, store cleanliness, goods receiving or deliveries
  • Ensuring excellent in store customer service and experience
  • Executing in-store activities, events or campaigns
  • Supporting the team with assigned ad-hoc duties
  • Reporting to Retail & Community Manager
