Responsibilities

Position 1: Retail Associates

• Provide friendly customer service
• Guide customers on product features
• Handle cashiering & store upkeep
• Support stock management

Position 2: Retail Supervisor

• Oversee daily retail operations
• Lead and mentor the team
• Ensure smooth customer flow and service quality
• Assist with reporting, scheduling & inventory control

Requirements

• Positive attitude & strong communication skills
• Independent, energetic and strong team player
• Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays. Overtime expected.
• Supervisor: prior retail leadership experience required
