Retail Assistant

Location: Paragon / Wisma Store: Swarovski Employment Type: 3 months’ contract to Perm Salary: up to SGD 3k per month with AWS

The Role

As a Retail Assistant, you will be the heart of our store operations. You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive and memorable shopping experience, from the moment they enter to the moment they leave.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service.
• Assist customers in finding products, offering advice, and processing transactions.
• Maintain excellent store standards, including merchandising, stocking, and visual displays.
• Handle cash, card payments, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Receive, unpack, and accurately check in new deliveries.
• Develop strong product knowledge to answer customer queries confidently.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store targets and goals.
• Ensure the store is tidy, clean, and a safe environment for all.
