💰 Salary
  • Up to $3,600 Basic + PB + Additional Benefits
🕒 Working Hours
  • 6 days/week (Mon - Sun)
  • Lunch and dinner (split) service
📍 Place of Work
  • Nearest MRT - City Hall
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service at all times.
  • Support the achievement of monthly food & beverage revenue targets.
  • Manage and account for all sales settlements accurately.
  • Handle bill voids, corrections, and changes according to company procedures.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of menus, daily specials, and wines, and liaise with the Head Chef to keep information up to date.
  • Be hands-on and present during service, supporting all areas of the operation.
  • Assign duties to floor staff and regularly monitor their performance.
  • Conduct weekly inventory checks on operating equipment and supplies.
  • Control requisition, storage, and proper usage of all operating equipment.
  • Conduct or oversee daily pre-shift briefings covering preparation, service standards, grooming, menus, and guest requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen and reception to ensure smooth operations and quality control.
  • Ensure punctuality, correct uniform standards, and discipline of all staff.
  • Lead and oversee training and development of all floor staff.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Managers.
