Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest level of customer service at all times.
- Support the achievement of monthly food & beverage revenue targets.
- Manage and account for all sales settlements accurately.
- Handle bill voids, corrections, and changes according to company procedures.
- Maintain strong knowledge of menus, daily specials, and wines, and liaise with the Head Chef to keep information up to date.
- Be hands-on and present during service, supporting all areas of the operation.
- Assign duties to floor staff and regularly monitor their performance.
- Conduct weekly inventory checks on operating equipment and supplies.
- Control requisition, storage, and proper usage of all operating equipment.
- Conduct or oversee daily pre-shift briefings covering preparation, service standards, grooming, menus, and guest requirements.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and reception to ensure smooth operations and quality control.
- Ensure punctuality, correct uniform standards, and discipline of all staff.
- Lead and oversee training and development of all floor staff.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Managers.
