Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and lead a team of service staff, kitchen crew, and supervisors with strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Implement and monitor service standards, SOPs, and quality controls.
  • Drive business growth through effective cost management, revenue optimization, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Handle staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance appraisals.
  • Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Develop marketing and promotional initiatives to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  • Provide detailed operational and financial reports to management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience minimum 3 years in restaurant.
