Working location is Havelock, with a 6 Days Work Week schedule.

Job description

Restaurant Manager

• Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Lead, supervise, schedule, and motivate service and kitchen staff
• Ensure high standards of food quality, service excellence, cleanliness, and hygiene are consistently met
• Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain strong customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance, control food and labor costs, and manage inventory and stock levels
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and food safety regulations
• Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance and service standards
• Coordinate with headquarters, suppliers, and management on operational matters
• Prepare reports related to sales, manpower, and operational performance

Work Schedule: 6 Days Work Week
