About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant located in the Paya Lebar East Region. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated staff and ensuring the highest standards of customer service, food quality, and operational efficiency. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budget control
  • Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising front-of-house staff
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation by working closely with the kitchen team
  • Implement and monitor policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
