A modern Indonesian restaurant in Singapore is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the front of house team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills, along with experience in a similar role. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing customer relations, and ensuring hygiene standards. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus. Major goal – The Restaurant Manager is the face of a communicative and positive front of house team. He/she needs to be a trusted and effective leader who is able to delegate effectively, have a good overview of the ins and outs of daily operations and must also champion the values, ethos and business goals of the company. The position is intended for an upcoming modern Indonesian concept. Candidates with a good command of written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia, and previous experience in similar concepts will be looked upon favourably.
