To effectively plan course calendar schedules and to arrange resources including trainers, classroom (physical & virtual rooms) and labs as appropriate in accordance with class delivery requirements.

· Plan course calendar schedules on a yearly basis for sales & marketing to promote & fill the seats

  • Plan course calendar schedules on a yearly basis for sales & marketing to promote & fill the seats
  • Arrange resources – trainers, classrooms, labs etc as appropriate in accordance with training requirements
  • Act as first point of contact for routine scheduling queries and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Monitor the utilization of resources and reports to ensure effective and efficient scheduling
  • Liaise with other scheduling colleagues and other project and production teams as appropriate, to ensure that forward scheduling meets future requirements
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of standard rates, negotiating and engaging freelance trainers as necessary
  • Be proactive in contributing towards the cost effective scheduling of resources and in particular the management of freelance and full time trainers
  • Ensure information in the system is updated within specified deadlines to allow for the production of accurate management and financial information
  • Run reports to ensure that information held on the system is accurate and complete, ensuring there is no missing retrospective data
  • Undertake any other operational & administrative support needed for the classroom delivery.
Qualities We Value
  • Diploma in any discipline
  • 2-3 year relevant working experience, preferably in training & administration department
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office application, ie Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication (written and verbal), presentation and interpersonal skills to engage wide spectrum of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical, resourceful and meticulous.
