Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Architectural Coordinator/Drafter in Singapore. The role involves assisting project managers, supervising architectural works, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Candidates should have a Diploma in Building/Architectural/Civil Engineering, at least 4-5 years of related experience in residential construction, and proficiency in 2D/3D AutoCAD. Qualifications

• At least 4-5 years related working experiences in residential building in construction.
• Relevant CIDB certificate with 5 years related working experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager / Project Manager in project planning.
• Supervision of the site architectural works on a day-to-day basis.
• Liaise with subcontractors for timely completion of architectural works.
• Conduct regular inspections of subcontractor performance.
• Evaluate and resolve discrepancies and technical problems on site.
• Check daily site safety compliance during contractors' work.
• Review and check detailed plans before work implementation.
• Monitor site progress against the approved construction program.
• Perform quality inspections.
