A civil engineering consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Resident Technical Officer to oversee construction on a major 32 storey project. The successful applicant will ensure compliance with project specifications, manage quality control, and assist in supervision works. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and hold a valid Resident Technical Officer Practicing Certificate. The position emphasizes teamwork and effective communication, ensuring safety and compliance throughout the project. Immediate start is expected.

We have a vacancy to be a part of a commercial project in the Singapore CBD. The works include top down construction of 4 basements and a 32 storey steel tower with outrigger. As a Resident Technical Officer (RTO), you will assist the Resident Engineer (RE) in supervising the construction of civil and structural works. You will ensure that all activities comply with project specifications and Building Control regulations, supporting the efficient execution of construction tasks.
