We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Coordinator to join our team. You will manage hotel reservations, support sales and operations, and ensure an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle reservations via phone, email, and online channels (including OTAs).
  • Manage group bookings, corporate accounts, and rooming lists.
  • Ensure accuracy of guest details, billing, and special requests.
  • Monitor occupancy, pick‑up trends, and assist with upselling hotel offers.
  • Verify published rates and hotel information on websites and OTAs.
  • Maintain travel agent profiles and commission accuracy.
  • Support Front Office and assist with system‑related issues when needed.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office.
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS and OTA platforms.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
