Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize knowledge of psychology and behavioral sciences to conceptualize and conduct applied research studies.
• Conduct literature reviews and prepare reports on research studies.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret research data.
• Present research findings through classroom seminars, training sessions, and other platforms.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support research requests.
• Provide support related to publication efforts.
• Archive research processes and outcomes for knowledge management.
• Ensure the safekeeping and security of official documents.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or a related field with relevant research methods and statistics components.
• At least 1 year of work experience in psychology or related behavioral sciences.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of statistics and proficiency in using statistical software.
