We are seeking a creative and data-driven individual to join our Rental & Leasing team. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in marketing strategy, customer engagement, and digital branding within the automotive rental industry. You will assist in strengthening the department’s market presence, digital engagement, and customer connection efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Research & Analysis
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify key trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and feedback to support marketing strategies.
  • Present data insights and recommendations for campaign planning.
Digital Marketing & Content Support
  • Support the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns (social media, emailers, website).
  • Prepare marketing materials such as visuals and online content.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.
Branding & Promotion
  • Assist in planning and executing branding or promotional activities.
  • Ensure all marketing collaterals are aligned with brand identity and standards.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
Customer Engagement & Communications
  • Support initiatives to improve customer retention and outreach.
  • Gather and summarise customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Ad-hoc Support
  • Participate in projects, events, and brainstorming sessions.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentation materials as required.
Requirements
  • 3 days work per week
  • Strong interest in marketing, branding, or communications (automotive interest a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Canva or social media tools is an advantage.
