Job summary

A pet salon and academy is seeking a candidate to perform administrative duties ensuring smooth enrolment processes with a strong focus on customer service. Responsibilities include managing enrolment inquiries, invoicing, and updating schedules. The ideal candidate will demonstrate good communication skills, multitasking abilities, and must possess a positive and customer-oriented attitude. This position allows for flexible working hours, approximately 6-7 hours per week, with the opportunity to work from home.

  • Perform administrative duties ensuring smooth enrolment processes with exceptional customer service.
  • Handle general enrolment inquiries on courses, emails/messages/calls, invoicing, payments, and update course schedules.
  • Perform ad hoc duties such as social media posting.
