Role Summary

RedRaven is Flowserve’s complete end-to-end solution for the industrial space to monitor and optimize flow control equipment performance and proactively identify and address issues before they cause downtime and disruptions. As a Senior R&D Engineer, you will collaborate with Flowserve's experts to utilize innovative resources for tackling technically challenging problems. You will play a critical role in the development, deployment, and delivery of the RedRaven performance monitoring and diagnostics solutions for pumps, seals, compressors and general rotating equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Algorithm and Model Development: Design and implement new algorithms and models for online monitoring, fault diagnoses and predictive maintenance for e.g. pumps, seals, compressors and general rotating equipment.
  • Test Bench Management: Plan, support, and evaluate test bench tests to validate algorithms and models.
  • Failure Analysis: Investigate and analyze system failures to inform future developments and improve reliability.
  • Pilot Project and Customer Support: Assist in pilot projects and support customer orders to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Delivery and Deployment: Support the delivery and deployment of developed systems to ensure operational readiness and client satisfaction.
  • International Collaboration: Work closely with the global team located in USA, Singapore, India and Germany to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across international borders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a related subject.
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Previous experience in R&D, algorithm development, or a related field in mechanical or industrial engineering is preferred.
  • This role requires technical background of industrial measurement technology, data processing, data analysis, Python and Windows OS.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively within a diverse and dynamic team environment.
