Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer retention initiatives and strategies for organic growth.
• Plan business strategies to achieve new loans/deposits growth.
• Enhance relationship and acquire new business.
• Ensure proper and timely review of loans.
• Actively grow share of wallet and cross-sell other bank products.
• Propose credit cases/new loans to GCMS and Credit Committee for approval.
• Assess and recommend exit strategies for weak accounts.
• Review of existing loans in a timely manner.
