A leading beauty omnichannel brand-builder in Asia Pacific is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Executive to lead demand planning and global resupply operations for Singapore and Hong Kong. This role ensures accurate forecasting, efficient inventory management, and seamless order fulfillment. The ideal candidate has a degree in Supply Chain or related fields, and 3–5 years of experience in supply chain activities. A strong analytical mindset and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or related functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel; experience with planning tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Self-driven and adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with S&OP processes and supply chain reporting.
  • Able to perform ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Lead demand planning activities for Singapore and Hong Kong, ensuring accurate forecasts and optimal inventory levels.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address forecast bias, supply risks, and slow-moving or obsolete inventory (SLOB).
  • Maintain and update the Hong Kong Planning Book.
  • Consolidate resupply requirements for Singapore and Hong Kong for submission to Global Customer Services.
  • Monitor order fulfilment, shipment ETAs, and shipping documentation.
  • Review weekly fulfilment reports and reconcile Insight order statuses with actual quantities and back-in-stock updates.

About the Role

Regional Supply Chain Executive to lead demand planning and global resupply operations for Singapore and Hong Kong. This role ensures accurate forecasting, efficient inventory management, and seamless order fulfilment. You will collaborate with internal teams and global stakeholders to drive supply chain excellence across the region.

Key Responsibilities
1. Demand Planning
  • Lead demand planning activities for Singapore and Hong Kong, ensuring accurate forecasts and optimal inventory levels.
  • Manage e-commerce storage location for Singapore.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address forecast bias, supply risks, and slow-moving or obsolete inventory (SLOB).
  • Maintain and update the Hong Kong Planning Book.
  • Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings.
  • Prepare and manage key reports for Hong Kong, including inventory overviews and SLOB analysis.
2. Global Resupply & Fulfilment
  • Consolidate resupply requirements for Singapore and Hong Kong for submission to Global Customer Services.
  • Monitor order fulfilment, shipment ETAs, and shipping documentation.
  • Review weekly fulfilment reports and reconcile Insight order statuses with actual quantities and back-in-stock updates.
  • Analyse and consolidate total forecast data against Global Insight reports and historical sell-in trends to identify gaps and opportunities.
