About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Senior Technical Planner – Facilities to lead facilities planning activities across a multi‑country portfolio, ensuring alignment with global workplace standards and regional business needs. This role partners closely with global and regional stakeholders to support office operations, workplace transformations, relocations, and major maintenance initiatives, while providing oversight of vendors and consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead regional facilities planning across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with global workplace and facilities strategy
  • Develop and oversee maintenance planning for building systems (HVAC, M&E, electrical, fire/life safety, BMS)
  • Partner with global and regional stakeholders to localise standards, toolkits, and best practices
  • Support workplace initiatives including office relocations, restacks, site activations, and workplace transformations
  • Provide oversight of major maintenance activities, shutdowns, and asset lifecycle planning
  • Manage third‑party vendors and consultants to ensure quality delivery and cost control
  • Analyse facilities performance data to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Act as a senior regional stakeholder, aligning site teams, workplace, operations, and EHS
About You
  • Proven experience in senior facilities or technical planning roles within commercial office or corporate workplace environments
  • Experience supporting regional or multi‑country portfolios
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, M&E, electrical, fire/life safety, BMS)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate global standards into locally executable plans
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse functions and cultures
  • Experience managing vendors, consultants, and complex facilities initiatives
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, dynamic, and evolving environments
