Job summary

A home appliance company in Singapore is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales team and develop effective strategies. The role involves participating in sales planning meetings, building relationships with dealers, and achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates should have a diploma or degree in business management and 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the home appliance industry. A Class 3 Driver’s license and willingness to travel are required. Competitive salary package offered.

  • <ਕੇli>Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM)
  • Salary Package svar Basic salary up to $4,500 + Commission + Transport Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee a team of sales promoters
  • Develop and implement sales strategies with the marketing team
  • Participate in monthly sales and order planning meetings
  • Support brand and product promotion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and trade partners
  • Set, manage, and monitor sales targets for dealers and trade partners
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales goals set by the company
