A leading medical systems company is seeking a highly driven Regional Sales Executive in Singapore. This role involves managing and growing a distributor network to achieve sales goals while ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will excel in sales strategy execution and relationship building with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector, including hospital leadership. A proven track record in sales and experience with government tenders are essential.
We are seeking a highly driven and commercially astute Regional Sales Executive to manage and grow our distributor network across assigned markets. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring distributor performance and compliance, supporting complex government tenders, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders such as hospital leadership and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
The successful candidate will play a critical role in executing regional sales strategies, improving forecast accuracy, and expanding the adoption of high-margin and new diagnostic modalities through a balanced portfolio approach.
Manage and develop assigned distributors to achieve agreed annual and quarterly sales quotas.
Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) with distributors to track sales performance, pipeline health, tender progress, and corrective actions.
Monitor distributor operational effectiveness, including sales coverage, technical competency, and after-sales readiness.
Resolve territory overlaps and conflicts to ensure fair market coverage and sustainable partner relationships.
Ensure distributors comply with company policies, regional regulations, and anti‑bribery / compliance frameworks (e.g. FCPA).
Drive sales growth across the full diagnostic imaging portfolio, with a strong focus on high‑margin and new modalities, bundled with complementary solutions.
Control and manage distributor discount structures to protect company margins; review and approve special pricing only for strategic or competitive tenders.
Support distributors in large‑scale and complex deals, including government and public hospital tenders.
Accompany distributor sales representatives on key customer visits, including:
Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
Hospital Directors and senior management
Procurement and technical evaluation committees
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influential clinicians to advocate for company solutions and inclusion in national clinical guidelines.
