A global digital infrastructure firm in Singapore is seeking a Regional Programme Manager to oversee corporate real estate office fit-out projects across the APAC region. The candidate will lead multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and quality delivery. With a minimum of 12 years of experience in project management, you will be instrumental in managing project risks and conducting governance processes, whilst fostering relationships with regional stakeholders. This role requires strong commercial awareness and cultural adaptability.

As Regional Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Corporate Real Estate office fit‑out capital projects across the APAC region, from project initiation through completion and handover.
Working closely with the Global Senior Delivery Manager, Design Studio, Regional CRE stakeholders, Finance, and external delivery partners, you will lead multiple concurrent projects across diverse markets, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to Equinix’s global design, quality, and governance standards.
This is a hands‑on delivery leadership role requiring strong programme management capability, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate effectively across different cultures, time zones, and levels of project maturity.
You will act as the regional point of accountability for delivery, while contributing to the evolution of global delivery standards, playbooks, and ways of working.
