Our client, a well-known company, is looking for candidates for the position of Regional HR Specialist (Talent Management).

Responsibilities

• Design and execute leadership development frameworks to ensure continuity in critical roles and build talent pipelines across the organization.

• Identify and develop high-potential talent on a global scale.

• Conduct analyses to determine learning needs and collaborate with stakeholders to formulate enterprise-wide learning strategies.

• Manage the design and delivery of diverse learning programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Oversee learning platforms and HR systems related to talent management.

• Contribute to the creation and rollout of global culture initiatives that resonate with company values.

• Ensure data integrity across HR systems while providing insightful talent-related reports and analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.

• Advanced degree or professional HR certification in talent or learning disciplines is a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, learning and development, or organizational development.

• Regional or global experience is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of talent management, leadership development, and learning frameworks.
