About the Opportunity

Reporting to the FP&A Director, this role consolidates subsidiary financials, supports management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, collaborates with local teams, and provides analysis to drive decisions and manage risks in a multinational setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consolidate subsidiary financial results and prepare group monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis.
  • Prepare and review management reports on sales, gross profit, variance, and business trends.
  • Manage financial processes including estimates, financial planning, and preparation of analytical materials.
  • Lead and coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring timely month-end closing and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with local finance teams and stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Participate in risk management initiatives through financial and business analysis.
Talent Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Preferably with experience in audit and/or Financial Planning Analysis (FP&A)
  • Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, cost and expense analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
