Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance operations, including vendor payments, cashflow, and statutory compliance in four countries.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with US GAAP and local accounting standards.
• Consolidate regional financial results and provide analysis to senior management.
• Review and validate monthly expense reports prepared by outsourced providers.
• Ensure adherence to global and local travel & expense policies across all regional offices.
• Manage relationships with outsourced accounting providers in Taiwan, Vietnam, Japan, and Korea.
• Review financial reports, tax filings, and statutory submissions from external partners.
• Ensure service levels, compliance standards, and deadlines are consistently met.
• Ensure adherence to tax laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies across all regions.
• Maintain and improve internal control and risk management frameworks.
• Liaise with auditors and regulators when necessary.
