The successful candidate will work closely with Country Finance Managers, ensure compliance with management and regulatory deadlines, and implement corporate governance policies across various locations. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential. Competitive salary package of S$6,000.00 - 7,200.00 is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting for Asia Pacific countries.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to details.
• Tact and ability to interact with staff and management at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Country Finance Managers to ensure compliance.
• Ensure management and regulatory deadlines are met for reporting and audits.
• Implement corporate governance policies across sites.
• Provide support and training to strengthen the finance team.
• Perform monthly reviews of financial performance.
• Engage with wider finance teams for best practices.
• Conduct business analysis for specific units.
