• Evaluating cost optimisation levers across marketing, operations, and commercial processes
• Conducting deep-dives on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging market dynamics
• Assessing business performance and designing strategic frameworks for core commercial functions
• Developing region-wide reporting structures to track KPIs and drive performance insights
• Supporting strategic reviews and business planning cycles across multiple markets
• Running analyses to diagnose operational gaps and propose improvement initiatives
• Conducting scenario analysis to guide resource allocation and strategic prioritisation

Requirements

• Currently pursuing/possesses a Bachelor's Degree and above in any discipline at a reputable university with strong academic credentials/results, expected to graduate by July 2026
• Prior experiences in a software development, product management or data-driven role, internship or full-time
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured, logical approach to breaking down complex problems
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a dynamic, evolving environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL or data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
