Position: Receptionist & Administrative support

As an Administrative Support Officer, you will provide frontline service and general administrative support, including handling enquiries, managing mail and records, assisting students, and supporting daily office operations and ad hoc tasks.

Job Description
  • Handle front desk operations, including answering, screening, and directing phone calls.
  • Take and relay messages promptly and accurately.
  • Attend to walk-in enquiries and provide general administrative support.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, deliveries, and dispatch arrangements.
  • Maintain and update data records and compile required statistics.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and filing of records.
  • Attend to students who are unwell and provide basic support following school procedures.
  • Support daily administrative operations of the General Office.
  • Assist School Leaders and the Administration Manager with ad hoc administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate or equivalent.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong team player with a high level of initiative.
  • IT‑literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Relevant experience in reception, administration, and/or customer service is an advantage.
  • Singaporean only.
