Perform general front desk duties which include:
Checking and responding to patients' enquiries via email, social media platforms, phone calls, and walk-ins. Regularly following up on patients' enquiries.
Attending to patient’s pre and post-consultation enquiries and providing accurate, appropriate and immediate resolutions.
Scheduling and creating customers’ appointments.
Greetings to all incoming and outgoing patients.
Customer registration and administration of patients’ information via the Plato system.
Generate billing and process payments (via cash, credit card etc) for services rendered.
Maintaining a clean and tidy front desk reception and ensuring the safety standards of the facility are maintained at all times.
Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
