Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Develop and execute the real estate investment strategy aligned with the hotel brand’s growth objectives.
• Investment Identification: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships.
• Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations and deal structuring for real estate transactions, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to assess demand, trends, and competitive landscape.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial models, perform due diligence, and assess investment feasibility.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee the existing real estate portfolio, optimizing performance and maximizing returns.

Qualifications
