As a Dispositions Specialist with experience in wholesale real estate, you will play a key role in marketing deals, attracting cash buyers, and developing a strong dispo strategy. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team bringing off-market deals and contribute to selling them efficiently.Your responsibilities will include marketing wholesale deals to qualified cash buyers, building a reliable buyer list, managing buyer outreach and communication, providing guidance on dispositions best practices, sharing listings across real estate platforms, and updating on buyer engagement.To excel in this role, you should have experience in real estate wholesaling and dispositions, a deep understanding of buyer psychology, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while offering strategic insights.
