Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualised care plans.
• Support continuity of care through effective communication and teamwork.
• Monitor, assess, and manage acute and chronic treatment-related toxicities.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients, families, and caregivers throughout the care process.
• Uphold patient rights, confidentiality, and informed consent in accordance with professional standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and organisational requirements.
• Follow established clinical protocols, including IV preparation and cannulation, to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Radiation Oncology.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) as a Staff Nurse or Senior Staff Nurse.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient education skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
