Job summary

The successful candidate will provide essential operational support while maintaining project records and documentation. Strong organizational skills and a diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field are required. Job description
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the R&D department, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination of R&D activities.
  • Support R&D day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of R&D projects, timelines, test results, and reports.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Production, Quality, Procurement, and Regulatory to support R&D initiatives.
  • Prepare, manage, and update R&D documentation including project files, test protocols, reports, SOPs, and technical documents.
  • Assist in tracking R&D materials, samples, and equipment usage, including liaising with procurement for R&D-related purchases.
  • Manage meeting arrangements and follow-ups for R&D meetings.
  • Ensure proper filing and compliance with internal procedures and regulatory or quality requirements.
  • Perform any other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned by the R&D Manager.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Food Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience; experience in R&D or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience handling technical or project-related documentation is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Drive.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Meticulous, proactive, and a fast learner.
  • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
