• Source, negotiate, and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review contracts and prepare cost and material take-offs.
• Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control.
• Conduct site measurements and support contract administration.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients.

• 5 days / 5.5 Alternate Saturday
• Industry: Construction - C&S/M&E
• Location: Across Singapore
• Basic $2.5k-$6k (Based on experience & qualification)
