Job summary

A local construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to oversee progress claims and manage variation orders. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin are necessary for effective team collaboration. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Able to work under minimal supervision and be meticulous.
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in local Building industry.
• Good communication skills in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates).

Responsibilities

• Preparation and following up on progress claims, progress certification, variation orders and settlement of final account.
• Maintain records, tracking and submission of all variation orders.
• Attend meetings and site meetings.
