Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for tender/pre contract services; sourcing for quotations.
• Handles interim and final payment claims and prepares payment responses.
• Monitors project phasing and payments.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tender/ pre contract services; sourcing for quotations
• Handles interim and final payment claims and prepare payment response to Management for approval
• Job site visiting and monitor site progress
• Responsible for quantities taking-offs, variations claim, verify measurements with the client
• Preparation of Monthly Progress Claim to Client and Sub-Contractors
• Monitors project phasing & payments;
• Carry out other Contracts administration activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Structural Engineering or its equivalent
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Independent and resourceful
• Able to start work in short notice
