• Quantity Take-off and making Bills of Quantity.
• Prepare to submit tender documents.
• Arrange to invite sub-contractor quotations and transmit the drawings.
• Prepare the forms of tender documents and submit for pre-qualification.
• Check the quotations and discuss with sub-con QS for quoted prices and quantities.
• Prepare and tabulate the project budget.
• Preparation of Variation Order submission.
• Preparation of progress claim and sub-con payment.
