JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare, negotiate and analyse costs for tenders and contracts for private and governments projects
• Handle all contractual matters in relation to cost and time with the clients and subcontractors
• Valuing completed work and prepare claim settlement and notification correspondences to clients
• Monitor projects including materials and subcontractor cost forecast are strictly adhered to the agreed budget
• Other quantity surveying related duties for building projects

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
